WOW, I hadn't logged in for several days and suddenly the counts are very high and a ton of "comments" that sound like they are "bowing up" on each other...however it looks the same as any internet bulletin board or chat room I've ever seen but not what I expected to find.

Life is the prize and how you live it is what actually counts. I met Mikki through another young (yodeling girl) I had mentored. When I met Mikki she was already singing 'cowboy songs' by Tex, Rex, Roy and Gene. She and her three friends learned the cowboy songs from old movies & 'videos'. Kristyn and Mikki each had a horse and a guitar and it wasn't long till they could play those guitars and had added yodeling to the mix. That was in 2008. All of those girls are hard workers and are 'great kids'. It has been my pleasure to know them personally and 'yes' I'm voting each day.

Tom Hanks was able to keep captive audiences captive while he himself was captive and lost on an island with ball Wilson, and so can Mustang Mikki.

Mustang Mikki can sing without musical accompanist. She's that good. Some of the best all-time international female singer mega-stars have unique voices that can be heard a mile away.
Tom Hanks in Cast Away was so good that he was able to keep captive audiences entertained and captive. Mikki is just like that. She is a one woman show. When people look at her they want to see more. It is the sparkle in her eye. Her style is part made up as she goes. It is stylistic. It is more creative out of the five finalists.
She reminds me of Rihanna or Mandy Moore or some of the biggest female stars out there. She should be on the Mickey Mouse Club. That is the show that Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears were on when they were kids.
Put her on Youtube and get her to try out on American Idol, Got Talent, etc.

I wonder what the judges will do because the Jacks is a band. So they can win just because they have numbers, there is more of them than any one individual Sawyer, Mikki, Scott, or Shawn.
Ok. So, Shawn has a sidekick, Mikki has a horse, & Scott has background pictures, comedy, wisdom, style. But still, it makes you wonder. I could probably compare between one apple and another apple. But a band is like an orange. It has a different dynamic and they can do so much more because there are more of them.
Will the judges just look at one of the Jack girls and compare that to the other four here? Pray for the judges.

Out of the five finalists, you have the coolest yodelling, the coolest female solo, the coolest female charisma, the coolest monologue intro, but I don't know how you compare to After Jack. That is a band of like three girls. But there is only one of you. But you seem to be competing against three hip-hop country girls.
If there was only one After Jack, then they would be less fierce & less competitive. Or imagine if there were three Mikki Mustang girls in a band? I would probably vote for you then.
Imagine if this was like American Idol and they forced the five finalists to collaborate and make a music video together.
It would start out with a close up of a pot of oatmeal cooking on the stove. Scott would introduce the world to Mikki. She would talk about her horse.
The first verse would come from Shawn because he has a lot of passion and he would get the audience to want some more.
The opening After Jack cinematic scene would be recreated and spread throughout the video. Every once in a while, you would hear some jokes from Scott because he is the funniest and wisest out of the five.
Scott's different background photos & silly facial expressions would also be spread throughout the video.
Mustang would ride her horse a little. Mustang would do some yodelling. The singing would be split between the five finalists. But close to the end, Sawyer would come out of nowhere with a verse.
He would then do some dancing and play some of the different instruments that he plays. Does anybody here play piano ? That video would be cool.
But for now, Mikki has the coolest personality, yodelling, spark.

For Jason Mason,
The “friends” you are referring to are sisters. Initially, they were commenting under the same Log In user name just as I originally commented under Mikki's Log In user name. After embarrassing my daughter, I then created my own user account just as the second sister has created hers. Since you are studying the comments you likely already know this. If this is violation of the rules then so be it! But then, I guess that would eliminate just about everyone voting since they are mostly friends and family. Further, I expect all the entrants votes have a similar bias. Mikki is very gifted and a great upcoming entertainer. So much so, that her friends and family simply do not need to cheat as you have implied.

Is there a new selection for each day? I viewed the Red River Valley song last night, and was quite captivated! Your voice is angelic, and your expressions are exquisite! My dad came into town and arrived before I had time to sign up and vote, and we stayed so caught up in conversation that I crawled into bed late at night without having voted. I voted for this one today, but let me know if I can go back and vote for the Red River Valley video. I am so excited that God has allowed you to pursue your interests in singing, music, and horses.

Early on, we all here really enjoyed your wit and humor, although I did have reservations in allowing Mikki respond to all your comments. However, in the last several days the fun loving dialog rapidly spiraled out of control. Joey, I wish to give you the same advice I have given to each of our 4 children; “Sometimes, it is just better to say nothing”. Following this advice, the negative comments that have abounded in the last few days, especially from the women, would have likely not been expressed. You are not hated and despised here.
